Team

The team behind VI SIX.

VI SIX started with a question about chemistry: What if you could drive the same molecular changes produced through traditional barrel aging, without the barrel or the years?

After David completed his MSc, he and Marc began developing Inverse Barreling together. Once the early results held up, they brought the process to Toronto Metropolitan University for further testing and development.

Erin later joined to lead the development and commercialization of VI SIX's product portfolio and became an equal partner.
