A proprietary accelerated maturation process developed through university-led research by Dr. Marc J. Adler, PhD and David Raveenthrarajan, MSc.
Through inverse barrelling, our corn-based spirit develops a mature whisky-like chemical profile after four months of processing, confirmed through gas chromatography analysis.
Maturation materials are prepared in-house using Canadian hardwoods.

Designed for sipping, cocktails, or a simple pour over ice. Bottled unblended with no sweeteners, flavourings, or additives.
